Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our on-site team in Surat. You’ll work closely with our AI, design, and automation teams to build scalable, high-performing web applications and SaaS dashboards integrated with AI APIs, RAG systems, and automation pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, LangChain, etc.) and automation tools (n8n, Zapier).
- Build and maintain reusable React components with modern UI libraries (Tailwind, Material UI).
- Work on RESTful and GraphQL APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Collaborate with AI engineers on data flows, vector DBs, and real-time features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker, AWS, or Render.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Understanding of Express.js, Next.js, and modern JS (ES6+).
- Experience with REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and state management (Redux/Zustand).
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps basics.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Good understanding of front-end performance optimization.
Good to Have
- Experience with LLM/AI integrations or APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
- Familiarity with WebSockets, Redis, or Serverless Functions.
- Exposure to microservices or multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
- UI/UX design sense and ability to collaborate with designers.
