About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team. The role involves speaking with potential workforce partners, understanding their capabilities, qualifying them based on project requirements, and coordinating their onboarding process.
This is a communication-driven role where your ability to engage with people, ask the right questions, and maintain accurate records will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective vendors and workforce partners.
- Explain the project and onboarding process clearly.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
- Gather and document required information during calls.
- Follow up with interested partners and schedule next steps.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates.
- Meet daily calling and productivity targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer proficiency and internet skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Work Schedule & Expectations
- Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST.
- Candidates must be comfortable working on Sundays.
- Willingness to work overtime when required by business needs.
- Strong attendance and punctuality are expected.
