- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to ensure milestones are met efficiently.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
- Strong capability in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in coordinating software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Skilled in using project tracking and collaboration tools to monitor progress and deliverables.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM).
