India Eye Hospital in Greater Noida is a social enterprise committed to providing high-quality, affordable, and high-volume eye care. Currently, we operate a modern facility located at Knowledge Park 3, Greater Noida. Our current facility is NABH-accredited for eye care, ensuring adherence to recognized standards of safety and quality in healthcare delivery.
India Eye Hospital is committed to eliminating unnecessary blindness in Uttar Pradesh by establishing a network of modern eye hospitals and research centers across the state.
Operating in Greater Noida since 2023, we have already performed 2,800 cataract surgeries using Phaco. We plan to conduct 2,800 cataract surgeries in the next year, using Phaco techniques.
Over the next three years, we are setting up a Super Specialty Eye Hospital with 15 Operating Theaters and 12 Clinics in Greater Noida, Knowledge Park 3 on a seven-acre plot. We are being guided by LAICO – Aravind Eye Care System, Dr. Shroff’s Eye Hospital, Darya Ganj, Delhi and leading eye surgeons from USA.
Job Description: As an Operations Fellowship at India Eye Hospital, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day hospital administration, operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering a seamless patient and employee experience. The role requires close coordination with medical, administrative, and central teams to ensure smooth functioning of hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hospital Operations Support
- Support daily hospital operations across OPD, IPD, and other departments.
- Support patient flow coordination, registrations, and basic front office activities.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of hospital facilities through regular checks.
2. Patient and Staff Coordination
- Handle patient queries and guide them within the hospital.
- Support staff coordination for scheduling, attendance, and daily operational activities.
- Help in resolving basic administrative queries from staff and patients.
3. Administrative Support
- Maintain administrative records, reports, and documentation.
- Support preparation of MIS reports related to patient volumes, operations, and performance.
- Help in coordinating internal communication between departments.
4. Inventory & Facility Support
- Support tracking of medical consumables and administrative inventory.
- Assist in maintaining stock records and reporting shortages.
- Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping teams to ensure facility upkeep.
5. Finance & Documentation Support
- Assist in maintaining invoices, bills, and basic financial records.
- Support petty cash tracking and documentation of expenses.
- Ensure proper filing and record maintenance for audit and compliance purposes.
6. HR & Onboarding Support
- Assist in onboarding formalities such as documentation, ID cards, and orientation logistics.
- Help maintain employee records and support HR/admin-related processes.
7. Outreach Camps
- Assist in planning and execution of outreach eye camps and screening activities.
- Coordinate logistics including transport, equipment, and material requirements for camps.
- Support patient registration and maintain basic records during camps.
- Coordinate with local people and partners for smooth operations.
Candidate Profile:
- MSc in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related Life Sciences.
- Interest in working in an eye care hospital is preferred
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for managing patients and cross-functional teams
- Patient-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Basic understanding of hospital operations, NABH standards, and healthcare compliance
- Analytical mindset with ability to handle MIS reports, operations data, and problem-solving
- Proactive attitude with willingness to work in a fast-paced, impact-driven healthcare environment
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: ₹25,000 per month

To avoid commute time, we prefer to hire candidates willing to relocate to Noida/Greater Noida area.
