We are a growing dental practice based in California seeking an experienced Branding & Growth Consultant to own our digital marketing and patient acquisition strategy. This is a fully remote, results-driven role for someone who thrives on building brand presence across social platforms and converting that visibility into booked appointments. You'll be the driving force behind how prospective patients discover, trust, and choose our practice.
What You'll Do
Brand & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand identity and content strategy across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other relevant channels
- Create or oversee creation of engaging content (video, photo, graphics, copy) that reflects the practice's voice and services, including procedures like implants, cosmetic dentistry, and general care
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar and ensure brand consistency across all platforms
Paid Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-platform ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) targeting prospective patients in our service area
- Set up and optimize audience targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, and creative testing (A/B testing ad copy, visuals, and offers)
- Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly and adjust in real time to improve cost-per-lead and conversion rates
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
- Build and manage lead capture systems (landing pages, forms, chatbots, or CRM integrations) to ensure no inquiry falls through the cracks
- Track leads from first touch through consultation booking, using CRM or spreadsheet-based systems
- Design and manage follow-up sequences (email, SMS, retargeting ads) to nurture leads who haven't yet converted
- Report weekly on lead volume, source, cost-per-lead, and conversion-to-appointment rates
Reporting & Optimization
- Provide clear, regular performance reports (KPIs, ROI, cost-per-acquisition) to practice ownership
- Identify trends and recommend budget reallocation or strategy pivots based on data
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and emerging social trends relevant to healthcare/dental marketing
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience running paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok required; Google Ads a plus)
- Proven track record generating and converting leads for a local service-based business - dental, medical, or other healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with lead tracking/CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong content instincts - comfortable directing or producing short-form video and social content
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategy
- Excellent written communication for follow-up sequences and ad copy
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote capacity
- Familiarity with HIPAA-conscious marketing practices is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing dental specialty services (All-on-X, implants, cosmetic, ortho, etc.)
- Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
- Experience with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Leadpages, WordPress)

- This is a remote position; occasional virtual check-ins with the manager required
