We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and support the sales team in promoting sports infrastructure solutions including artificial turf, sports courts, sports facility construction, and maintenance services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, schools, colleges, sports clubs, institutions, builders, and corporate clients.
- Introduce and explain the company's sports infrastructure products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in CRM/software.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding artificial turf, sports flooring, sports court construction, and maintenance services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion and project follow-up.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Conduct customer feedback calls and maintain client satisfaction.
- Update management with daily call reports and lead generation reports.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and ongoing promotions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Hindi and Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and customer handling abilities.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Previous experience in Telecalling, Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Support is preferred.

- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Interest in sports, sports infrastructure, or construction-related services.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
