Medivision Scan & Diagnostic Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our diagnostic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, maintaining quality standards, operating laboratory equipment, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting while complying with NABL and laboratory protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory investigations as per SOPs.
- Receive, label, process, and analyze patient samples accurately.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results.
- Follow NABL quality standards, biosafety, and infection control protocols.
- Maintain laboratory records, documentation, and daily work logs.
- Monitor quality control procedures and report deviations promptly.
- Handle biological samples safely and dispose of biomedical waste as per guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
- Coordinate with reception, collection staff, pathologists, and doctors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Participate in internal quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- DMLT or BMLT from a recognized institution.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Registration with the applicable State Paramedical Council (if required).
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
