Role Summary:
The Junior Electrical Engineer will support the manufacturing, assembly, inspection, testing and maintenance of electrical switchgear products. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and be willing to learn manufacturing processes, safety standards and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly, wiring and testing of switchgear panels and electrical equipment.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, circuit diagrams and technical specifications.
- Support production activities and ensure completion of assigned work within the required timeline.
- Conduct basic electrical inspections, measurements and functional tests.
- Identify technical issues and report them to the concerned supervisor or engineer.
- Maintain production, testing and inspection records.
- Follow quality-control procedures and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, stores and maintenance teams.
- Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting electrical and manufacturing issues.
- Maintain tools, testing instruments and the workplace in proper condition.
Qualification:
- B.E. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of relevant experience may apply.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of Switchgear, control panels, circuit breakers, relays and protection systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of electrical testing instruments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a factory environment and learn production processes.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
