Job description : We are looking for a skilled Press Shop Operator to set up, maintain, and operate mechanical presses to produce high-quality stamped components according to production specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating mechanical presses, ensuring safety and efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Operate a mechanical press.
- Set and run progressive tools on servo fed Presses.
- Setup a setting for the feeder.
- Ensure output as per company standards.
- Ensure No rejection.
- Setting up press machines with the correct tooling and ensuring they are properly calibrated for each job.
- Monitoring the press operations to ensure they are running efficiently and safely.
- Performing routine maintenance on press machines and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
