Roles & Responsibilities-
● Conduct digital and in-person emotional wellbeing assessments and share
confidential ECI reports.
● Increase app access and usage via clients
● Interpret assessment outcomes and recommend appropriate wellbeing services
(workshops, counselling, experiences).
● Deliver individual counselling/therapy sessions (as applicable) and maintain
professional documentation.
● Escalate high-risk cases in line with Manah Wellness clinical protocols.
● Facilitate group wellbeing workshops and educational drop-in sessions.
● Deliver or support special wellbeing experiences (e.g., mindfulness, breathwork,
creative therapies).
● Support corporate wellbeing programs conducted at client locations.
● Participate in wellbeing carnivals and member engagement activities.
● Build rapport with members and promote a preventive, growth-oriented
wellbeing approach.
● Coordinate content inputs for member communication and awareness
initiatives.
● Maintain records of sessions, assessments, attendance, referrals, and feedback.
● Submit weekly / monthly reports and updates to Manah Wellness / Manager.
● Coordinate with club/partner staff for referrals, scheduling, and logistics.
● Participate in training, supervision, planning meetings, and program reviews.
● Review engagement metrics and contribute to ongoing service improvement
● Coordinate with sales team to understand the business and increase the
utilisation and membership via mental health services
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
