Talent Acquisition Executive – Voice & Data Collection
About the Role
We are looking for highly driven recruiters to source and onboard participants for multilingual speech and language projects across India.
Responsibilities
-Source candidates through online communities, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
-Conduct initial screening calls and eligibility assessments.
-Manage participant pipelines and onboarding workflows.
-Schedule auditions and recording sessions.
-Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation.
-Ensure demographic and regional diversity targets are achieved.
Requirements
-1–3 years of recruitment, field sourcing, community management, or participant acquisition experience.
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
-Ability to handle high-volume outreach and follow-ups.
-Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
-Experience in voice projects, market research, creator recruitment, or crowdsourcing is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,801.82 - ₹24,611.68 per month
