CRE responsibilities for VinFast Electric Vehicle dealership
Handle customer reception at service and showroom front desk
Greet customers politely and assist them with required information
Register customer vehicles for service and guide them through process
Coordinate with service advisors for smooth customer handling
Maintain customer waiting area comfort and experience
Provide updates to customers regarding vehicle service status
Manage appointment scheduling and walk in customer flow
Ensure proper documentation entry in system or registers
Handle basic customer queries related to service and dealership
Support in delivery process and customer handover experience
Maintain discipline, cleanliness and professional behavior at front desk
Coordinate with CRM and service team for customer satisfaction
Assist in complaint registration and escalation process
Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams
Create a positive and welcoming environment for all customers
