- Manage daily accounting transactions, invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers.
- Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance in coordination with the CA.
- Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare basic financial reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Maintain administrative records, company assets, and official documents.
- Support HR with employee documentation, attendance records, and onboarding activities.
- Perform other accounts and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Pay: ₹8,551.61 - ₹30,000.00 per month
