We are seeking a skilled Grinding Operator for our manufacturing unit who can perform precise grinding operation with different grinding wheels.
Responsibility :
- Operate angle grinders, bench grinders, and polishing tools.
- Remove welding spatters, burrs, sharp edges, and surface defects.
- Smooth weld joints and prepare surfaces for finishing processes.
- Ensure required surface finish standards are achieved.
- Ensure no scratches, dents, or grinding marks beyond acceptable limits.
- Report defects or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Complete jobs according to production targets.
- Coordinate with Welding, Fabrication, and Quality departments.
- Use safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and face shields.
- Follow grinder safety procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Report unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor.
Requirements :
- 1 to 3 years of experience in angle grinding and metal finishing.
- Knowledge of different grinding wheels.
- Basic understanding of fabrication drawings.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
