About the Role
Moderno Healthcare Products Private Limited is looking for experienced Medical Representatives to promote our healthcare and hospital products across hospitals, healthcare institutions, and medical professionals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare product sales and strong relationships within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote company products to doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Coordinate with hospitals and distributors to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales Executive, or Healthcare Product Sales Executive.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of hospital and healthcare industry practices.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Target-driven and self-motivated professional.
