We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor for our Control Panel Manufacturing Company. Candidates with panels manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily production activities
* Handle and manage manpower effectively
* Monitor production process and ensure timely completion
* Maintain production quality and safety standards
* Coordinate with production and assembly teams
* Ensure proper workflow and production planning
* Prepare production reports and updates
Skills Required:
* Production management knowledge
* Manpower handling skills
* Good communication and team coordination
* Problem-solving ability
* Basic production documentation knowledge
Preferred Candidate:
* Experience in control panels manufacturing industry preferred
