About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, drive business expansion, and manage high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, commercial understanding, and expertise in B2B, B2C, Institutional, and Project Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Business Growth
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies for business expansion
- Monitor profitability, pricing, and sales performance
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire clients
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Expand market reach through strategic partnerships and channels
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams
- Set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews
- Drive accountability and target achievement
Sales Operations
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Monitor conversion ratios and forecasting accuracy
- Ensure CRM updates and reporting discipline
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Handle escalations and maintain service excellence
Market & Strategy
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Support leadership with business growth initiatives
- Recommend pricing and market positioning strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 8–12 years overall sales/business development experience
- 5–8 years handling B2B, B2C, Institutional & Project Sales
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management
Preferred Profile
- Experience in Furniture / Modular / Interior industry
- Strong stakeholder management and deal closure skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
