Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Relationship Manager to join our team at Inspire India Wealth Pvt. Ltd., Hubballi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, ensuring business growth, and managing a small team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales to meet company goals.
- Promote company products and services with sound market knowledge.
- Understand client financial needs and provide suitable investment solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets as assigned by the management.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and motivate team members for better results.
- Ensure timely reporting and regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and issue resolution.
- Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes.
Required Skills
- Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in sales and business development.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
- Effective team leadership and motivational skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets under deadlines.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA in Finance/Marketing will be preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Mutual Funds, Insurance, or Financial Planning will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
