- Supervise and support installation of Air Handling Units (AHUs), including indoor placement and alignment
- Ensure correct connection of chilled water / hot water piping, ducting, insulation, and electrical wiring
- Perform testing, commissioning, and balancing of AHUs as per design and OEM standards
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance of AHUs to ensure reliable operation
- Inspect and service fans, motors, belts, bearings, filters, coils, dampers, actuators, and vibration isolators
- Attend breakdown calls and restore AHU operation within minimum downtime
- Diagnose issues related to airflow, temperature control, noise, vibration, and water leakage
- Identify faults in VFDs, control panels, thermostats, sensors, and BMS interfaces
- Replace or repair defective mechanical and electrical components
- Monitor and record airflow (CFM), static pressure, temperature, and humidity
- Check chilled water flow, coil condition, and heat transfer efficiency
- Ensure AHU performance meets design and indoor air quality (IAQ) requirements
- Inspect, clean, and replace pre-filters, fine filters, HEPA filters (if applicable)
- Ensure proper sealing of filter sections to prevent air bypass
- Maintain cleanliness of drain pans and condensate lines to avoid contamination Prepare service reports, preventive maintenance checklists, and breakdown reports
- Maintain AHU maintenance logs and history cards
- Report recurring issues and recommend corrective or improvement actions
- Coordinate with clients, facility managers, and BMS teams during service activities
- Explain AHU operation, maintenance requirements, and observed issues to customers
- Ensure work is completed as per site safety and quality standards
- Follow site safety rules, PPE requirements, and lockout–tagout procedures
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and HVAC standards
- Handle tools, electrical systems, and moving equipment safely
- Identify and recommend required spare parts such as filters, belts, bearings, motors, and sensors
- Coordinate with stores/procurement for material availability
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
