Job description:
Responsible for end-to-end facility operations of residential/commercial properties, ensuring efficient maintenance, safety compliance, and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day facility operations and building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & safety, lifts, DG).
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Handle vendor management, AMCs, SLAs, and cost control.
Ensure statutory, safety, and compliance requirements are met.
Supervise housekeeping, security, and support staff.
Conduct site inspections and resolve tenant/service issues.
Manage facility budgets and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Facility Management or related field.
8–12 years’ experience in Real Estate / Property Management.
Strong knowledge of building operations and compliance.
Vendor management and team handling skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
