Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage daily online orders
- Coordinate packing and dispatch
- Book shipments and generate labels
- Track deliveries and follow up with courier partners
- Handle RTOs, delays, and delivery issues
- Update order and stock status in the system
- Maintain courier records and share bills with accounts
- Support day-to-day admin and backend wor
- Requirements
- Basic e-commerce or admin experience
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiar with courier platforms (preferred)
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
