Job Responsibilities:
- Attending Client's calls and addressing all their software queries promptly.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Conducting Online Demo & Training for New & Existing Clients
- Installing and configuring Biometric Access Control software thorugh remote desktop applications.
- Collate feedback from Customers & share it with the Software Development team.
- Identifying hardware and software solutions & troubleshooting technical issues.
- Conducting research on potential Client's database as per the requirement
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/ Excel, Internet & Social Media)
- Minimum Graduate
Job Location: Jogeshwari - West
Job Timings: 10 am - 7 pm
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
