Hiring: Junior Service Advisor
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: Fresher – 2 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer vehicle service requests and provide service guidance.
- Coordinate with technicians for vehicle diagnosis and repairs.
- Prepare job cards, quotations, invoices, and service records.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and test drives when required.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely vehicle delivery.
Eligibility:
- Diploma/B.Voc in Automobile or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in an authorized automobile dealership preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Customer-focused with basic automotive technical knowledge.
