Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day supermarket operations efficiently.
- Supervise and lead store staff, cashiers, supervisors, and support teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing/store team.
- Ensure proper merchandising, display, and cleanliness of the outlet.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily cash closing procedures.
- Conduct staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance supervision.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Coordinate promotional activities and seasonal offers in the store.
- Reduce wastage, shrinkage, and stock loss.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supermarket or retail store management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory control and retail billing systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of supermarket operations and merchandising.
- Computer proficiency in MS Excel and retail software.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
