Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents.
- Maintain records of tenders, quotations, and related documents.
- Handle data entry and update information in company systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for required documents and information.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and basic office documentation.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
- Support day-to-day back-office operations.
- Ensure timely submission of documents and maintain proper filing records.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic internet and email handling skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
