*Job Brief: Shadow Teacher – Luminari*
*Role Overview:*
A Shadow Teacher supports a child with learning, behavioral, or developmental needs within the regular classroom. You’ll sit with the child, help them stay focused, understand instructions, complete tasks, and develop social skills while ensuring they keep up with the class.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist the child during lessons and activities
- Implement strategies suggested by therapists/school
- Monitor progress and share feedback with teachers and parents
- Promote independence while providing necessary support
*Timings:* 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
*Salary:* ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
*Location:* Yelahanka, Bangalore
*Training:* Provided by Luminari
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
