Job Summary:
The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting and selling the company’s products/services to customers. This includes identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Officer plays a vital role in revenue generation and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research and gather feedback on products and services.
- Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, order processing, and customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and delivery.
- Participate in promotional activities and campaigns as required.
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
- Basic computer skills
