· Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
· Managing supplier relations and negotiating prices, contracts within timelines.
· Managing Daily Procurement of Milk
· Effectively Plan and organize Procurement of Milk
· Planning Shift wise Purchase.
· Control on excess Buying as per the Inventory in Hand
· Review the daily activities of procurement in terms of Quantity, Quality & Cost.
· Identify the potential area and villages for Milk procurement.
· Preparation of comparative cost estimation with the help of proposals collected
· Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation
· Coordinating with stores to determine and manage inventory needs.
· Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and
specifications.
· Responsible for the quality of material supplied
· Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
· Forecast price and market trends
· Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
· Inventory control of materials.
· Coordination with the store staff on indenting, receiving and issue of stocks and proper documentation to the effect
· Diligent maintenance of documentation for effective retrieval

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge required
· Minimum Six years’ experience in Supply Chain Management is required.
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management. Operations management, business management or a closely related discipline is preferred.
· Certification and/or courses desirable.
· Ability and willingness to work overtime as required to meet project deadlines
· Ability to travel on occasion domestically and internationally
· You will work on Competitive Event proposals from incumbent vendors and assist the business in on-boarding new vendors including completing risk assessments
· Basic knowledge of Ms excel. SAP knowledge is preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
