Job Role: Store Manager
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Manager to handle day-to-day store operations, inventory management, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store stock, including raw materials, finished goods, and accessories
- Maintain proper record of inward & outward stock
- Place material orders as per production and sales requirements
- Ensure proper storage, arrangement, and packing of materials
- Identify which materials are required, low in stock, or need maintenance
- Handle store cleanliness, safety, and systematic organization
- Allocate work to masters and tailor teams as per production plan
- Coordinate regularly with Sales, Accounts, and Production teams
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays
- Maintain basic documentation and reports related to store activities
- Support audits, stock verification, and internal checks when required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation (any stream)
- Minimum 2 year experience in store management or inventory handling
- Basic knowledge of stock management & documentation
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under responsibility
Salary:
₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
