Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive / Telecaller

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, conduct cold calling, follow up with prospective clients, and assist customers throughout the property buying process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to potential property buyers. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and referrals. Explain project details, pricing, and offers to prospective clients. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain and update customer data in CRM/Excel. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets. Conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects into customers. Generate daily and weekly sales reports.
Requirements 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Real Estate Sales, or Customer Service. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Fluent in Hindi; English communication is an added advantage.
