Job Summary
Plumeria Holidays is looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Manager to lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Timeshare industry, possess strong leadership abilities, and have a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets while driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, productivity, and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer acquisition.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Provide on-the-job training and support to improve team performance.
- Analyze sales reports, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with senior management on business performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Resolve customer escalations professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive, high-performance, and target-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Timeshare industry.
- At least 1–2 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve aggressive sales targets.
