Job Description: Portfolio Management & Distribution of Financial Products
Responsibilities:
● AUM Growth: Drive growth in assets under management
● Client Acquisition and Management: New client acquisition focusing on HNIs, professionals, and business owners.
● Portfolio Review: Regularly review client mutual fund portfolios, assess asset allocation, and suggest rebalancing strategies based on investment goals, risk appetite, and market outlook.
● Engage proactively with existing clients to maintain strong, trust-based relationships; ensure timely service, reporting, and performance reviews.
● Product Suitability: Recommend suitable schemes across equity, debt, hybrid, and solution-oriented categories based on thorough due diligence and client profiling.
● Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to SEBI and AMFI regulations in every interaction; complete documentation, risk profiling, and disclosures as per norms.
● Market Awareness: Stay updated on macroeconomic trends, fund performance, and regulatory updates; communicate relevant insights to clients.
● Arrange Investor Awareness Programs
● Financial literacy initiatives across schools and colleges
Eligibility Criteria:
● Industry Experience: 3-6 years in wealth management or mutual fund distribution.
● Strong knowledge and understanding of mutual fund products, financial planning concepts, and portfolio management principles.
● Excellent presentation and communication skills with a client-centric attitude.
● Proficiency in MIS, EXCEL, and Analytics
● Certification (Preferred): NISM Series VA, NISM Series XXI A, NISM - Financial Planning, NISM XA/B, NISM XXI A (PMS), XIII(SIF), CFP, IRDA certification (Preferred)
