- This Job is in 3 Shifts, Morning. Evening & Night. Each Shift is of 9 Hours.
- Operate CRM, Support and Raise TT ,
- communicate with Teams and Clients to ensure The Optical Fiber connectivity is available to Client.
- Use Multiple High Tech applications required to Maintain SLA like MTS, VTS
- Uptime and Analytical and MIS Reports Maintaining Consumption,
- CRM tool, raise ticket for client query
- Preparation & Planning of shift schedule of field
- Root cause analysis (RCA) for loss of connectivity
- Preparation of deviation of every field force by checking their various reports
Pay: ₹264,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
