Key Responsibilities:
- Operate VMC machine as per given program and work instructions.
- Load and unload materials into the machine.
- Monitor machining process to ensure smooth production.
- Inspect finished components using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain required quality standards as per drawing.
- Perform basic tool change and offset corrections if required.
- Maintain 5S in machine and work area.
- Report machine issues or quality defects to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety rules and company policies.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
Experience:
- 1–5 years experience in VMC machine operation preferred.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of VMC machine handling.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Good attention to quality and production targets.
