We are seeking a welcoming, organized, and professional Front Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping our visitors' first impressions and ensuring daily office operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly; manage the check-in process and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
- Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while taking detailed messages when necessary. Manage the general company email inbox.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers. Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate shipping logistics.
- Administrative Support: Assist various departments with clerical tasks, including data entry, scanning, copying, and preparing documents or presentations.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and conference rooms. Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meeting room bookings, and occasionally assist with travel arrangements or company events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: 6 months- 2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative assistant role.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with standard office equipment (printers, multi-line phone systems).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
