We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive domestic sales. You will play a key role in acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and increasing the adoption of our courier aggregation platform across various sectors such as e-commerce, retail, and D2C brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers through field sales, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Pitch courier aggregation services to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) and enterprise clients.
- Understand client logistics needs and present customized solutions aligned with their shipping requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer retention and repeat business.
- Work closely with the onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth account setup and service initiation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Track sales metrics and deliver regular reports to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for pricing, product feedback, and service optimization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research.
- 1-2 years of Sales Experience(Logistics preferred).
- Excellent Communication skills for building and nurturing client relationships.
- Knowledge of logistics and shipping industries is a plus.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
