Warranty Manager – Krishna Honda
The Warranty Manager is responsible for managing all warranty-related operations, ensuring accurate claim processing, compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and timely submission of warranty documentation. The role requires strong coordination with service teams, adherence to company policies, and effective management of warranty claims to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage the complete warranty claim process as per manufacturer standards
Review and verify warranty claims before submission
Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of warranty cases
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff regarding warranty repairs
Monitor pending warranty claims and ensure timely resolution
Maintain warranty records and prepare periodic reports
Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits of warranty documentation and repair orders
Provide guidance and training to service staff on warranty processes
Coordinate with manufacturer representatives regarding claim approvals and queries
Analyze warranty trends and recommend corrective actions to reduce claim rejections
Support customer satisfaction by ensuring efficient handling of warranty-related concerns
Requirements
Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline
Experience in automobile warranty operations is preferred
Good knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and claim procedures
Strong documentation and record management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
Candidates with prior experience in automobile dealership warranty management will be preferred.
