Job Description
Responsibilities: - Lead project management activities including development of project plans, timelines, and process frameworks. - Design, manage, and deliver customized reports for category managers, directors, and executives. - Liaise with IT teams to ensure data accessibility and deepen understanding of enterprise data architecture. - Support development of commercial evaluation criteria and supplier segmentation strategies. - Identify and implement standardization opportunities across sourcing and procurement processes. - Own and manage critical Master Data inputs including BU Tier mapping, sourcing taxonomy, and location hierarchies. - Maintain regular engagement with stakeholders to address data quality issues and track action items. - Build strong partnerships with external stakeholders, including IT teams across business units and corporate functions. - Conduct executive-level presentations for project updates and training sessions on spend analytics tools. - Lead perception alignment initiatives with sourcing leaders and category teams to ensure data accuracy benchmarks are met. - Collaborate with Data Science teams to implement MDM standards across platforms such as Spend, Savings, Contracts, and Preferred Supplier databases. - Manage reporting and analytics tools built on the Finance Data Lake, overseeing end-to-end enhancement implementations. - Deliver executive dashboards and summary-level visualizations using Tableau. - Oversee data extraction tools and interactive workflows for spend categorization and supplier normalization. - Lead integration projects between Tableau dashboards and raw data extraction tools to enable seamless filter transitions. - Respond to ad hoc data requests with agility and precision. - Drive development of new tools and visualizations focused on proactive analytics and forecasting models.
