Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) from the EdTech industry who can guide students, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right courses/programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a passion for helping learners grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding educational programs
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls/leads
- Convert leads into successful enrollments
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions and product demos when required
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Good understanding of the EdTech industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- CRM knowledge will be an added advantage
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales/academic counseling
- Experience in high-ticket sales will be preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
