Job Summary
Shah Enterprises FBD Private Limited is hiring a Sales Executive with experience in sales and international market calling. This role is focused on finding new buyers, handling export inquiries, and closing B2B deals. Strong English communication is a must.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate and convert international B2B leads (importers, wholesalers, distributors)
● Make international calls and handle buyer discussions confidently
● Share product details, quotations, and negotiate pricing and terms
● Follow up regularly and close sales deals
● Manage buyer accounts and build long-term business relationships
● Coordinate with internal teams for samples, order processing, and dispatch updates·
● Maintain daily sales follow-up records and sales reports·
● Understand buyer requirements for packaging, documentation, and shipment timelines·
Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)
● Minimum 1 year experience in sales (international preferred)·
● Experience in international calling and handling global clients·
● Excellent spoken and written English·
● Strong negotiation and communication skills
● Comfortable working with targets and follow-up systems (Excel/CRM)
Preferred (Good to Have)
● Experience in export sales (rice/food products is a plus)
● Basic knowledge of export terms like FOB/CIF, documentation, and shipment process
