Senior Site Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to manage and supervise daily construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, site execution, quality control, safety standards, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
1) Supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
2) Read and understand drawings, plans, and specifications.
3) Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and labor teams.
4) Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
5) Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
6) Check materials, workmanship, measurements, and site safety.
7) Manage subcontractors and ensure proper execution of work.
8) Identify site issues and provide practical solutions.
9) Ensure compliance with safety rules and company procedures.
10) Maintain site records, material usage, and work documentation.
Requirements
1) Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2) Minimum 5+ years of site engineering experience.
3) Experience in building, residential, commercial, or civil construction projects.
4) Strong knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, and quality control.
5) Ability to manage teams, contractors, and site workers.
6) Good communication and problem-solving skills.
7) Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting is preferred.
8) Must be reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure.

1) Experience handling multiple construction activities at the same time.
2) Strong leadership skills.
3) Knowledge of safety standards and local construction regulations.
4) Ability to complete projects on schedule and within quality expectations.
