YouTube Channel Lead, AI Led Content and Growth

Role objective
The YouTube Channel Lead will own the end to end strategy, creation, and growth of YouTube channels built by Evolvworks AI for its clients. The role exists to design and scale high growth YouTube presences in defined niches, with a strong focus on education, learning, and parent child audiences in India. This individual will be accountable for delivering sustained growth in views, watch time, and subscribers through AI enabled content systems rather than one off creative execution.

Establish client channels as credible authorities within their chosen content domains
Drive consistent organic growth in views and subscribers using Shorts first strategies
Create repeatable AI led content engines that can scale volume without losing quality
Demonstrate clear business impact through channel growth and audience engagement
Key responsibilities
YouTube strategy and audience research
Lead audience and competitor research for client categories, including analysis of trends, formats, hooks, and content gaps. Use YouTube analytics and third party tools to understand what drives retention and discovery in India. Translate insights into clear content strategies and publishing roadmaps.
Content architecture and programming
Define content pillars, formats, and cadence across Shorts and long form video. Design repeatable content templates that balance education, engagement, and algorithmic performance. Ensure content strategies are built for scale, not isolated success.
AI led content creation systems
Design, build, and operate AI assisted workflows for video creation from script to final output. This includes scripting, storyboarding, voiceover, editing, captioning, and formatting. Identify and deploy AI tools to maximise speed, consistency, and scalability while maintaining content quality and audience trust.
Channel growth and optimisation
Own performance metrics including views, watch time, retention, subscriber growth, and engagement. Run continuous experimentation across hooks, formats, and posting strategies. Optimise titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and metadata to maximise organic reach.
Client delivery and brand integration
Translate client brand objectives into YouTube content strategies without compromising audience value. Ensure brand presence is integrated naturally into content formats. Act as the single point owner of channel performance outcomes for assigned clients.
Execution leadership
Operate hands on while also building scalable operating models. Coordinate with editors, designers, educators, and strategists as required. Own the full lifecycle from research and ideation through production and publishing.
Required experience and skills
Demonstrated experience managing and scaling at least two medium to large YouTube channels, with a combined lifetime view count exceeding 10 million
Hands on ownership of channel strategy, content planning, publishing, optimisation, and performance tracking
Strong understanding of YouTube Shorts growth dynamics and content discovery mechanics
Hands on experience using AI tools for video scripting, editing, and production workflows
Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate performance data into content decisions
Clear understanding of audience behaviour across parents and children in India
Preferred experience
Experience building templatised AI led video production systems that run end to end from script generation to final video output
Experience standardising content formats to enable high volume publishing without creative fatigue
Prior exposure to automating Shorts production pipelines is a strong advantage
