Job Description: Sales Manager - B2B in Building Market Segment
Position Overview: The Sales Managerspecializing inHVAC Solutions or similar products to cater to B2B customers in the Building segment will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with businesses operating within the building industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the building segment, effective sales techniques, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation:
· Identify and pursue sales opportunities with B2B customers operating within the building segment, including construction companies, contractors, architects, and property developers.
· Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals from Govt & Private projects.
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase offerings tailored to the building industry.
· Implementing the company’ sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary actions
2. Relationship Management/Team Management :
· Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target B2B organizations.
· Understand the specific needs and challenges faced by clients in the building segment and propose tailored solutions.
· Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales cycle and after implementation.
· Hiring and training sales teams in different regions keep up with sales goals.
3. Solution Consultation:
· Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and site evaluations to understand the requirements of B2B clients in the building segment.
· Collaborate with product specialists and technical teams to design customized solutions that address client needs effectively.
· Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, addressing their concerns and objections proactively.
· Participating in decisions for expansion or acquisitions.
4. Market Analysis:
· Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to the building segment.
· Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
· Provide feedback to internal stakeholders regarding market insights, customer feedback, and product enhancements.
5. Sales Strategy :
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the building segment.
· Work closely with sales management to forecast sales, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, collateral, and promotional materials.
· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
6. Collaboration:
· Liaise with internal departments, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of projects and exceptional customer experiences.
· Foster a collaborative culture by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues across the organization.
· Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and procedures.
7. Data Sourcing and Management:
· Sourcingaccuratecontactdetailsfromonlinesourceslike LinkedIn , Fundoodata, Google search and from offline networks of the decision maker of events from the HR and Marketing departments of companies in the business of Smartphone, Ecommerce, IT product, IT services, FMCG, Pharma , Insurance Co, Banks, Travel & Leisure, Apparel brands, Airlines, Education Institutions, Automobile dealers, Telecom, Jewelers and Real Estate
· Maintainingthedatabaseontheinternaltemplatesofthe organization
8. Sales Proposals & Meetings:
· Preparing for meetings via structure edge search about target client
· Having effective sales meetings in order to:
Understand the events ecosystem of the client
Position DreamCraft as the best choice for the client o Generate requirements for events from the client
· Create presentations based on the client requirements
· Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals and pre-event P&L
9. Sales Conversion:
· Negotiatewin-windeals
· Maintain profitability index as per management guide line.
· Analyzing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current ones.
10. Client Co-ordination:
· Writeemailsprofessionallytorecordalldiscussionswiththe client
· Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contracttocompletion of event
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's & Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
· Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the building segment.
· Deep understanding of products and solutions relevant to the building industry, such as construction materials, building automation systems, or energy-efficient technologies.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, understands their business challenges, and proposes innovative solutions.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities.
· Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer value.
· Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales productivity tools.
· Strong communication skills both verbal and Written.
· Willingness to travel as required.
· Customer-focused with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Properly have knowledge in Microsoft word, excel and Power Point, Internet usage and data finding, corporate brands, event basics.
· Fluent in english , confident ,go-getter ,honest.
