Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping GSA (Guest Service Associate) to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms and hotel/resort areas while ensuring a comfortable experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas.
- Change bed linen, towels, and other room amenities as required.
- Ensure all rooms are properly cleaned and prepared for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas, corridors, and other assigned spaces.
- Replenish toiletries and room supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
- Follow housekeeping SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
- Assist guests with basic requests and maintain professional behavior.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments when required.
- Maintain proper cleanliness and presentation standards at all times.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Hotel Management/Housekeeping certification will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with active work.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
