We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Tamil and English. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Communicate effectively in both Tamil and English.
- Assist customers with product information, account-related queries, and issue resolution.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate support records.
- Escalate technical or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
Requirements
- Fluency in Tamil and English (both spoken and written).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to learn new software and business processes.
- Previous customer support experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

- Experience using CRM or customer support tools.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
