Job description:
- Generate new membership sales through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and social media leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Explain gym packages, fitness programs, and promotional offers to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports. Coordinate with trainers and front desk staff for smooth operations.
- Plan marketing and promotional activities to increase memberships.
