Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Monitor cash flow and support fund management activities.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings (if applicable).
