About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven International Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing IT Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with international clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales in North American and European markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Conduct outbound calls to North American and European clients
- Identify potential business opportunities and qualify prospects
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Business Development Manager
- Negotiate pricing and handle client objections effectively
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain and update client information in CRM systems
- Send professional emails and follow-ups to nurture leads
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT Services / Software Sales
- Proven experience in international outbound sales (US / Europe market preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
- Experience in cold calling and appointment setting
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Good understanding of software industry trends
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable working in night shifts
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in selling IT services like Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Cloud, etc.
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a performance-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
