Job Summary
Civiqo Chemicals is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Rajkot.
The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, comfortable with field work, and willing to travel within the assigned territory. Freshers who are interested in building a career in sales are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and potential clients in the assigned area.
- Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Present and explain company products to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely support.
- Collect market feedback and share information about competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.
Requirements
- 10th / 12th Pass or above.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of sales experience can apply.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence.
- Comfortable with field sales and regular travelling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Candidates who have prior experience in field sales, FMCG, chemicals, industrial products, distribution, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
