Customer Service Representative
Location: Noida (on-site)
Reporting to: Customer Service Team Lead
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM (Mon-Sat)
About the role
We're hiring founding members of our customer service team for a new digital service launching across India, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Dubai. You'll handle inbound customer calls and emails, support customers through our product, process refunds, and resolve queries.
What you'll do
- Answer inbound customer calls — pre-purchase enquiries, in-product support, post-purchase queries
- Reply to customer emails within service-level targets
- Guide customers through the product with patience and clarity
- Process refunds and handle complaints with empathy
- Switch between live customer interactions and async support work through your shift
- Maintain accurate records of every interaction in our CRM
Who you are
- 1–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in BPO, voice support, or fintech
- Excellent spoken and written English — clear, polite, calm under pressure
- Comfortable on video calls with customers
- Detail-oriented — accurate record-keeping matters
- Based in Noida or able to commute reliably — this role is on-site only
- Quick learner — you'll be product-trained within your first week
Nice to have
- Experience handling international customers (UK / USA / NRI segments)
- Multi-lingual (Hindi / English mandatory; additional languages a plus)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
